If you still don't pass, email your score report to support@examwizardz.app within 14 days and we extend your access free until you do — no time limit, no extra charge.
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period.
The Pass Plan includes full access to CompTIA A+ (Core 1 and Core 2) — every lesson, video, practice test, PBQ and lab. We plan to add more certifications; when they launch they'll be included at no extra cost.

Yes. Within 30 days of purchase we refund in full as long as you've completed less than a quarter of the course lessons and fewer than two full mock exams — that's the "it's not for me" case, and we don't argue it. Past that point we prorate the unused time instead, and it's one refund per customer. Email support@examwizardz.app; we check the account and process it through Stripe.
All payments are processed by Stripe — your card details never touch our servers. Your account data is transmitted over HTTPS, and you can delete your account and its data at any time from settings.
