Accessibility Statement

Prepared July 15, 2026 · Last reviewed July 15, 2026

1. Our Commitment

ExamWizardz is committed to ensuring that people with disabilities can use our platform to study for and pass IT certification exams. We want every learner — including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, voice control, or magnification — to be able to read our courseware, take practice tests, and track their progress independently.

2. Conformance Status

ExamWizardz is partially conformant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means that most of the platform meets the standard, with a small number of known exceptions listed below.

Our most recent formal accessibility audit was completed on July 7, 2026 and combined a full code review with automated axe-core scans. Two remediation passes followed, after which all 13 public pages scanned with zero automated violations. We re-test as the product changes.

3. Measures We Take

  • Build on accessible component primitives with managed focus, keyboard handling, and correct ARIA semantics.
  • Test interactive features for full keyboard operability, including custom widgets like quizzes and flashcards.
  • Run automated accessibility scans (axe-core) across public pages and fix what they find.
  • Conduct periodic manual code audits against WCAG 2.1 AA and maintain an active remediation backlog.
  • Treat accessibility as part of code review for new features, not an afterthought.

4. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of ExamWizardz are not yet fully accessible. We are actively working on the following known issues:

  • The practice-test timer does not yet give an advance warning before time expires.
  • Some AI-generated video content does not yet include captions.
  • The floating study timer can currently only be repositioned with a mouse.
  • Some long articles have occasional heading-order inconsistencies.
  • The delete control in the notes widget appears only on hover.

5. Compatibility

ExamWizardz is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari, and with common assistive technologies including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver. The platform relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WAI-ARIA to work with assistive technology.

6. Feedback

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of ExamWizardz. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please email support@examwizardz.com and include the page address and the assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond within 5 business days and to fix verified barriers as quickly as we can.

7. Enforcement

We take our obligations under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) seriously and treat WCAG 2.1 Level AA as our compliance benchmark. If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility issue, you may pursue the formal channels available to you — but we would welcome the chance to make it right first. Contact us any time at support@examwizardz.com.
