Scenario
The reception laptop keeps stuttering on video calls. It sits a few feet from the break-room microwave, and the front desk is in range of several neighboring offices' access points, all on 2.4 GHz. The laptop is joined to OFFICE-2G. The same access point also broadcasts a 5 GHz SSID, OFFICE-5G. In Settings > Network & internet > Wi-Fi, connect to OFFICE-5G with the key Rec3ption!5G, then forget OFFICE-2G so the laptop can't drift back to it. Verify with ipconfig in the Command Prompt that the Wi-Fi adapter still has a real IPv4 address.
